Bar Professors Provides Private/Online Tutoring for Repeat Takers for Arizona, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Alabama, Oregon, Washington, Texas, MBE and UBE States
The Texas bar exam statistics for July 2023 have been released. The repeat taker rate was extremely low. For all of the Texas schools, the repeat taker pass rate was 29% That means that approximately 71% of the repeat takers failed the Texas bar exam. This is line with other UBE states and the low pass rate for repeat takers.
Let’s look at these statistics for repeat takers for the Texas law schools:
Baylor: 50%
SMU: 41%
STCL Houston: 39%
St. Mary’s: 38%
Texas A&M: 63%
Texas Tech: 40%
TSU: 20%
U of Houston: 50%
U of North Texas: 39%
U of Texas: 50%
As we can see, the repeat taker pass rate for the Texas law school are very low. TSU had the lowest repeat pass rate at 20% and had the highest number of repeat takers sitting for the bar exam.
